Overall there are 13 rooms, out of which 8 are Non A/c Cottages, 2 A/c Cottages, 2 Suites and the remaining 1 is a Twin Cottage. The cottage also has an in-house restaurant.
Facilities and Features
The Agraharam cottages are situated, in a site covering an area of 3 Acres, situated at a distance of 500 meters from the Thirunelli Bus stand, towards Kattikulam side. Forest, the Yathri Nivas of KTDC and private lands abuts the boundaries of the site. The site is rich in vegetation, mainly coffee plantations and silver oak, making it a nature's hub for luxurious living.
The resort includes 11 dwelling units (cottages-named as "agraharas"), (both A/C and Non A/C) with spacious bed room, living area, dress area, bath room and a sit out. The interior is in tune with the natural surroundings. The ambience is enhanced with wooden ceiling. A multi cuisine restaurant, reception, rejuvenation center, conference hall, open air theatre (OAT), staff quarters, and other supporting amenities, by considering the nature, topography are the other facilities available, assuring the best of hospitality..

Multi Cuisine "Naalukettu" Restaurant
"Eat, relish and be merry" is the slogan during holidays. In Agraharam you can eat from its Naalukettu restaurant, looking at the reserve-forest infront. We serve mainly South Indian food, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Chinese and Continental items are also made available. We provide Barbeque and Tribal food also. Many of the vegetables used in our kitchen are plucked from our farm yard. Lunch, snacks and dinner are served in our restaurant against order. We serve food in buffet style. Food is unlimited except in the case of fish. Customized food is also an exciting feature. We do not provide liquor but allow the guests to bring.
